    Dr. Jennifer Bradtke is licensed clinical psychologist, the founder of ChangeWorks Psychological Services, a board-certified group psychotherapist, and Qualified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Instructor (UCSD). She currently is the Director at Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine's Counseling Center and for over 15 years she has used her expertise to develop and lead programs at Northwestern University in Qatar, Insight Behavioral Health Centers, and the Sleep and Behavior Medicine Institute. She has been the Co-Chair of International Accreditation for Counseling Services's International Committee and consults on research on mindfulness and well-being. She presents internationally at conferences and writes articles on the use of humor in psychotherapy, gratitude, mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

    Jennifer Ventrelle is a registered dietitian nutritionist, certified personal trainer, and qualified mindfulness meditation teacher (UCSD) Jennifer founded CHOICE Nutrition and Wellness, Inc and is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Preventive Medicine at Rush University Medical Center. She serves as the Lead Dietitian for the MIND Center for Brain Health at Rush, implementing the first clinical trial to explore the role of diet in prevention of Alzheimer’s disease. Jennifer is certified in adult weight management and has expertise in the design and implementation of research, clinical, and workplace wellness programs focused on sustainable lifestyle change. Jennifer has over 18 years of research, clinical, and teaching experience in nutrition, physical activity, and mindfulness-based behavior change techniques.
